Once your enquiry has come through to us we will get back to you through your chosen method and we'll make sure that you've chosen the right bike .
You can either pay over the phone with one of our experienced  team members or we’lll send you a secure payment link.
We're personable and easy - we  are the easy bike  company!
Depending on your location ; you'll either come and pick up a bike from your chosen location and have an introduction by  an experienced team member or it'll be delivered to your front door and you'll get an en situ experience! 

What is the average range of a synch bike? Ha! That really depends on how you ride it ! If you have one or two passengers then we reckon you will get about 20-30 miles on a full charge.
If you're fit and riding solo, you can get up to approx 40 miles. Check out our ‘how to vids and info sheets ’ to see the best way of riding economically 

The battery is easily removed and by turning the key at the starter chamber and then simply plug it in to a plug!
We'll provide you with the charging cable including an adapter if necessary .
A full charge will take 4- 6 hours and the batteries have a power indicator on them so that you will not be caught short.

OK, so for this you’ll have to cycle home !
Remember, these bikes are electric assist so without the power, they are essentially a push bike.
It'll be tough but can be done .Pedal power! 

For a relaxing trip, its best to have charge!

Don't worry, all our bikes have integrated trackers and we will provide you with a high end security lock .
All we ask is that you do as much as possible to keep the bike secure and use the lock when leaving the bike unattended. 

Absolutely not ! You need to be proficient and confident on a bike already and have good knowledge of the highway code www.highwaycodeuk.co.uk and the countryside code www.outdooraccess.scot

The bike will handle differently over varying terrain so make sure you're confident over this type of terrain before setting off.

We’ll take care of all the boring bits, including insurance for yourself .
Your bike will be delivered by one of our team, clean , charged and fully maintained for you to get started and will make sure your comfortable before you set off.
We’ll leave you with a charger, lock and integrated tracker. We have some helmets available for adults and children but feel free to bring your own

Once we've got the bike back and completed a quick check, it'll be back with you within 24 hours.

The clever team at Synch have already thought of this and with the extended seat, you do not need to adjust the height of anything… simply get yourself into a good position for your height preference.  We've had tots to talls on this bike so get comfy and go . However the Payload is 120kg (give or take)   so check before you go
